There is no Oscar for the best comic, there is no Nobel Prize for the best cartoon. Gary Larson would have earned both. However, he received a very special honour for the cartoon above. It turned out that the spiky tail of the Stegosaurus did not yet have a name - so it was named Thagmoizer...

Es gibt keinen Oscar für das beste Comic, es gibt keinen Nobelpreis für den besten Cartoon. Gary Larson hätte beides verdient. Für obenstehenden Cartoon hat er jedoch eine ganz besondere Auszeichnung erhalten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der stachelige Schwanz des Stegosaurus noch keinen Namen hatte - also wurde er Thagmoizer getauft...
