"Schüttelreim" from Family Guy

It is hard to find good examples for a "Schüttelreim" in the English language. Even the word "Schüttelreim" has no direct translation - "Spoonerism" is not quite the same. But here is a good but mildly offensive example from the cartoon series "Family Guy"

You are a smart fella
And you are a fart smella!
