About 5 years ago I finished playing the computer game “Harvey’s new eyes”.
Shortly before that I played “The Breakout“. I was very excited about the successor. But then first the disappointment: The game didn’t work 
I wrote an email to Daedalic and they helped me very quickly. I was very excited about the game. The humor is weird and rather black – definitely not for kids. The puzzles and minigames are challenging and can be solved with a little thought. Very homogeneous in difficulty. Hardly any logic glitches. However, I had to consult a walk-through twice. As with “The Breakout”, the ending pissed me off rather than pleased me. But that didn’t really damage the overall impression.
Summary: One of the best point-and-click adventures that I know.
Ich habe vor ca. 5 Jahren das Computerspiel “Harvey’s neue Augen” fertig gespielt.
Kurz davor hatte ich “Edna bricht aus” gespielt. Ich war sehr gespannt auf den Nachfolger. Doch dann zuerst die Enttäuschung: Spiel geht bei mir nicht
Ich habe eine E-Mail an Daedalic geschrieben, und die haben mir superschnell weitergeholfen. Vom Spiel war ich sehr begeistert. Der Humor ist schräg und schwarz – definitiv nichts für Kinder. Die Rätsel und Minigames sind anspruchsvoll und mit ein bisschen Nachdenken zu knacken. Sehr homogen im Schwierigkeitsgrad. Kaum Logic-Glitches. An zwei Stellen musste ich dann aber doch einen Walk-Through konsultieren. Wie schon bei “Edna bricht aus” hat mich das Ende eher angepisst denn mitgerissen. Das hat aber dem Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich geschadet.
Resümee: Eines der besten Point-And-Click-Adventures das ich kenne.
